What is ELELYSO used for?1

ELELYSO is an enzyme replacement therapy (ERT) which is used to treat Type 1 Gaucher disease in adults and children with at least one of the following signs of the condition:

  • Splenomegaly (enlarged spleen)
  • Hepatomegaly (enlarged liver)
  • Anaemia (insufficient red blood cells)
  • Thromboctytopenia (insufficient platelets)
